We are a family-owned and operated veterinary practice seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our team. We have two central Indiana locations and primarily treat dogs and cats. However, we are expanding back into exotics, and are open to incorporating large animal medicine for the right candidate. One of our clinic locations is situated on a small thoroughbred farm, offering a unique work environment.
What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality medical care for small animal patients
Opportunity to see exotics
Option to incorporate large animal/equine work if desired
Build strong client relationships and contribute to a positive team culture
Collaborate with a supportive and experienced veterinary team
What We’re Looking For:
DVM or equivalent degree
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Indiana
Strong communication and clinical skills
Interest in exotics and/or large animal medicine is a plus, but not required
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
What We Offer:
Flexible scheduling (work-life balance encouraged)
Competitive salary ($90,000–$150,000 + production that can easily push salary over $200k)
